We would like to inform you that our software supplier, Softing Industrial Automation GmbH, has released a new version of the Softing dataFEED OPC Suite and simultaneously discontinued the previous version (Version 4) and ceased support for it.
If you are currently using at least one of the Softing dataFEED OPC Suite products with Version 4 license on your Nexeed MES servers. To continue receiving full support and stay up to date, we recommend upgrading to the latest Version 5 of the Softing dataFEED OPC Suite. The product upgrade to Version 5 is subject to a fee.

For this, we are happy to provide you with an offer for both the license and the implementation of the upgrade on your MES server. Please contact your designated Key Account Manager for this.
You no longer need the software as the connected machines/services are no longer in use. In this case, you can uninstall the software independently.
Note: Please be aware that purchasing a Softing license and the associated entitlement to receive updates does not automatically entitle you to have the updates implemented by BCI on the respective MES system.
