Hello Hudson,
please make sure that the parameters of your plc library match the parameters in the variables.osd file ( ...\Std\Objects\NexeedProgrammableRobot\V1.x\Variables\variables.osd). By default the constant is set to 20 (see screenshots below)
If you need more (or less) tools, you allways need to change the parameter at both locations.
