have you met something similar by installing the new TwinCAT build? Error 1316. The specified account already exists.
I have already installed on my laptop the TwinCAT build 3.1.4020.28 and 3.1.4022.32. When I wanted to install the new build 3.1.4024.12, I've got the above error. So the installation went to a certain point, then everything stops. Then comes the error. When I hit OK, the installation removes the files belonging to the new build and also the files for 4022.32. Then I have to reinstall the "old" 4022.32.
I read on some forums that it could come from Windows itself... I have tried a few possible ways to solve this error, but I couldn't find the right one.
Do you have any solution how I can install the new TwinCAT build 3.1.4024.12?
