Hi , I'd like to have nice dark background on my Visual Studio 2013. As you see in the photo even if I choose the dark theme it doesn't become completely dark.. Is there any way that I could do it?

The PLC editors are not simple text editors. Therefore Visual Studio plugins/extensions usually don‘t work with TwinCAT.
By the way: Visual Studio 2013 is not recommended anymore (only necessary for TwinCAT 4020.28). You should use TwinCAT XAE Shell (TcXaeShell) or Visual Studio 2017.
