How to use an IPC as an active panel in control plus

Hello Community,

I'd like to know if it's possible to use a windows based IPC  is able to run control plus active panel HMI runtime. ( Advantech windows based IPC)

If yes, which environment, services and and drivers will need?

Also, will I need a licence for HMI runtime?
